International Polo in the Washington DC region has been a historic and diplomatic tradition since 1923, first patroned by President Harding. 

The America's Polo Cup continues this historic tradition which was patroned by each President of the United States and was re-birthed on the historic 400th Anniversary of America.

On June 12, 2010, See the America's Polo Cup USA vs. INDIA on the DC NATIONAL MALL.  The India Polo Team is competiting against the United States for The America’s Polo Cup World Championship - The Worlds premier Polo Experience celebrating Culture & Freedom!

When the United States hosts INDIA June 11th and 12th 2010, the polo grounds will be the site of a spectacular convergence of cultures.  Among the Americans and Indians in attendance, you’ll find visiting dignitaries, elected representatives, Military exhibitions, fashion lovers, horse fanciers, polo fans, and music devotees, all with one thing in common. A desire to be part of a world-class celebration.

The America's Polo Cup celebrates the relatioship between each country, including Military partnerships with a opening air show which has grown to be one of the worlds premier polo experience in the sport, opening a new chapter for this exciting game whose earliest written accounts date back more than 2,500 years.  Originally Polo was used by the military as a means to train officers to determine their ranks prior to World War II.  Today, we honor this tradition with active partnerships by various branches of the Armed Services.

 

The Celebration will be enjoyed by Thousands of supporters and fans for the upcoming America's World Polo Cup, which will once again bring a day full of surprises, musical talent and festivities on stage at this years America's Polo Cup with opening ceremonial fly overs after the National Anthems of both countries performed.  Returning will be various exhibitions from the military to the private sector to "WOW" you and celebrate America!   A Surprise "Sneak Pass" will occur during the day.

The upcoming events will have performances by Headliners from India to the United States,  Including a grand finale spectacular live concert by a India & USA National Headliner with Fireworks Show! 

Countries, States & Countys bid for the honor to be involved in the prestigous America's Polo Cup due to its significant economic impact on the locality & its economic impact globally.

AIR SHOW Commemoration.  A Moment of Silence for the US & International Armed Services Fallen Soldiers.    Followed by a Special Presentation by the world famous United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Team

Military Fly Over & K-9/Aviation Demonstration by the USPP, followed by "Sneak Pass"

4pm – The Los Angeles STARS  VS. Washington DC Patriots Professional Pro-Am Polo sanctioned by NPL ( National Polo League)

5:00 pm – USA Polo Team VS. INDIA Polo Team - International World Cup Championships

5:45 pm – US Coast Guard Helicopters Fly Overs  (Polo Field opens for Divot Stomp after Helicopters land)

6:00 pm – Second half of Polo Game continues.

7:00 pm – Trophy Presentation in Raymond Weil Winners Circle
